Flew into Everett, stopped here for lunch. Delicious, simple and well seasoned food. Carne asada plate was in fleek. The house salads are worth recreating. Get after it fam.

Best place to buy hand made tortillas without question. Also the best place for chorizo. Doesn't get better than this.

I had good expectations about this place as we had a good experience in another mexican restaurant nearby.
By the way, their flour tortillas are the real deal!! They are thick and taste amazing. Corn tortillas are OK. I was hoping that having the machine, they would be super good. Eventhough, they are way better than other ones :)
First, I noticed it is a very simple restaurant. It does not look super pretty but is functional I guess. It has a couple of TVs playing soccer. People chilling with mexican beer :) The smell of fresh tortillas was inviting!
We ordered over the counter pretty fast as there was no line. But after we sat, people started arriving so I guess it can get busy. There is no more service other than charging and delivering food at your table.
Food arrived and looked OK. Taste was just OK. Plates were very well served and cheap. Mole tasted as if it was made from supermarket paste. Not as if was mixed/prepared in the restaurant. I was surprised that it was chicken breast!! (Which I like better in particular!). Overall was good. Tacos were good. Horchata was a bit sweet for me but I guess that's the regular way. We add a sweet tamal which was a bit "pasty" but tasted good. I was happy that I could find a pink, raisin, sweet tamal!!! I would cook it just a few more minutes so it could be spongy. -

My wife and I stopped in here for tacos on Tuesday.
Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment.
Indoors is large and sparse. There are a couple small TVs mounted with Hispanic audio. Background music is in English.
Orders are placed at the counter. Waiter serve is null. The counter is stacked with homemade corn and flour tortillas available for purchase. During our visit, there was a steady stream of customers coming in just to purchase tortillas.
My wife and I each ordered a bottle of Modelo for $4.50 to sip on while our meals were prepared.
Chips and salsa are not complimentary so we ordered some of each for $3 along with a side of refried beans for $2.50. The chips were made out of their homemade flour tortillas. The chips were much thicker than standard store-bought or restaurant tortilla chips. Casa's tortilla chips are the perfect chips to make nachos with since they will not become soggy and maintain their shape. The salsa was runny and flavorless. The beans super thick. The only thing I would order again would be the tortilla chips.
My wife ordered a Wet Burrito (pork) for $8:50. The burrito was giant and packed with tender flavorful shredded pork. My wife enjoyed her meal choice and would order again in the future.
I ordered three (3) chicken tacos for $2 each. Each taco was served with two (2) corn tortillas, well seasoned chicken, chopped onion and cilantro. I too enjoyed my meal choice.
Overall, Casa serves tasty food. Portions are large. Prices are fair. In the future, I will place my orders to-go so that I can enjoy my meal in the comforts of my own home. Casa homemade tortillas and tortilla chips have now become my go-to tortillas when tortillas or tortilla chips are called for. -

I've grabbed some takeout from this place twice now. Service is quick and friendly, and prices are affordable. The nachos are really good and fresh tasting- I love eating nachos and it's nice not to feel bogged down by them. They're tortillas and chips are homemade and they sell packs of them, definitely the real deal! Check this place out if you need a quick bite to eat!
